  • Sourcing Merchandiser ( responsibility )

    2. Negotiate pricing and analyzing quotes
    3. Follow & track the purchasing activities
    4. Sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers
    5. Develop local suppliers as signed commodities
    6. Process purchase orders as received by customer
    7. Work and visit with supplier base to reduce cost
    8. Cooperate with related disciplines to optimize the supply chain
    9. Gathers information on and identifies new products and new vendors
    10. Review and select new suppliers regarding to their quality competence
    11. To be responsible for purchasing of goods according demand specification
    12. To be insure the delivery in time and the conformity of the product compared with the need
    13. Diverse work experience and knowledge in various areas of supply chain including sourcing
    14. Source new suppliers and building and keeping good relationship with existing and new customers
    15. Coordinate all activity between supplier, customer, quality, finance, engineering, sourcing and planning
    16. Track supplier performance measures and report internally and externally, resolving supplier-related issues
      for assigned commodities.
    17. Ensure suppliers with the correct price / quality / logistics and bring savings at least in line with price erosion
    18. Responsible for customer account management, as a business partner with the customer he/ she has to deal with and ensure the quality service on product development projects, effective communications with buyers and vendors, product review, providing accurate quotes and best price, sourcing right merchandise and new factories, and proactive recommendations.
    19. Build and maintain an effective and proactive relationship with suppliers to ensure garments are delivered to the clients in a timely and cost effective manner to ensure product is available in a timely manner and can be deliver on time and complete

    Qualification:

    11. Excellent analytical skills and planning skills. Proven sourcing, products development and price negotiation skills
    12. Provides product recommendations and vendor recommendations from the qualified international vendor database for all product divisions
    13. Min 5 years merchandising experience with Electrical, hardware, lighting, plumbing or building materials technical background is preferred. And related experience in supply chain management or trading function with reputable companies
    14. 5 years working experience in related field in supply chain management i.e. tools, electronics, household plastics, household electrical appliances, home textiles, glass / porcelain, in a large sourcing office or trading company will be preferred

  • Logistic Warehouse manager ( responsibility )
    1. Supervise the warehouse's daily work
    2. Prepare correlative logistic documents and data input
    3. Cooperate work with factory warehouse about delivery and shipment arrangement
    4. Responsible for routing, documenting & coordinating shipments to customers-domestic & international
    5. Controls the movement and storage of commodities and shipment to final customers and distributors to meet customer service targets.

    Qualification:

    1. Have advantage with export / import knowledge
    2. Minimum 7 years logistics and warehousing experience
    3. Experience in import/export controls and shipper export declarations.
    4. Has knowledge of understanding customer's shipping document requests
    5. Familiar with the computer knowledge about the warehouse management
    6. 5 years experience working in a logistic department, preferably in a shipping / forwarding company
    7. Has good knowledge of preparing shipping documents, i.e. B/L, invoice, packing list, certification, etc.
    8. Good in managing warehouse and inventory control and negotiation with forwarders, warehousing operators & carriers independently
