Sourcing Merchandiser ( responsibility )

To be responsible for purchasing of goods according demand specification

Source new suppliers and building and keeping good relationship with existing and new customers
Coordinate all activity between supplier, customer, quality, finance, engineering, sourcing and planning
Track supplier performance measures and report internally and externally, resolving supplier-related issues for
assigned commodities.
Ensure suppliers with the correct price / quality / logistics and bring savings at least in line with price erosion
Responsible for customer account management, as a business partner with the customer he/ she has to deal with and ensure
the quality service on product development projects, effective communications with buyers and vendors, product review,

Build and maintain an effective and proactive relationship with suppliers to ensure garments are delivered to the clients in

Qualification:
Primary responsibilities
Regular travel to factories required
Top knowledge of quality control and management system
Skilled and confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
Solid experience in purchasing (preferably in international environment)
Open-minded, strong responsibility with skill of communication and coordination
Engineer background preferably in the field of stainless steel industrial company
Capable of assuming increasing responsibilities in cost analysis, planning and inventory control of spare parts
Builds international vendor partnerships by communicating product requirements and monthly rolling buying plans
Good management skills and ability in handling a variety of products and factories and export exposure preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and planning skills. Proven sourcing, products development and price negotiation skills
Provides product recommendations and vendor recommendations from the qualified international vendor database for all product
divisions
Min 5 years merchandising experience with Electrical, hardware, lighting, plumbing or building materials technical
background is preferred. And related experience in supply chain management or trading function with reputable companies
5 years working experience in related field in supply chain management i.e. tools, electronics, household plastics,
household electrical appliances, home textiles, glass / porcelain, in a large sourcing office or trading company will
be preferred
Logistic Warehouse manager ( responsibility )
Supervise the warehouse's daily work
Prepare correlative logistic documents and data input
Cooperate work with factory warehouse about delivery and shipment arrangement
Responsible for routing, documenting & coordinating shipments to customers-domestic & international
Controls the movement and storage of commodities and shipment to final customers and distributors to meet customer service
targets.
Qualification:
Have advantage with export / import knowledge
Minimum 7 years logistics and warehousing experience
Experience in import/export controls and shipper export declarations.
Has knowledge of understanding customer's shipping document requests
Familiar with the computer knowledge about the warehouse management
5 years experience working in a logistic department, preferably in a shipping / forwarding company
Has good knowledge of preparing shipping documents, i.e. B/L, invoice, packing list, certification, etc.
Good in managing warehouse and inventory control and negotiation with forwarders, warehousing operators & carriers
